Our Equipment

NC hydraulic press brake
Our NC hydraulic press brake is a precision machine tool used in sheet metal fabrication to bend metal components by applying hydraulic force and it combines a Numerical Control (NC) system for automation with a hydraulic drive system to move a ram (upper beam) that presses metal into a die. This machine is known for it's high accuracy, repeatability and versatility.

NC tube bender
Our NC (Numerical Control) tube bender is a special ordered semi-automatic machine that uses pre-programmed instructions via a PLC to control basic bending functions, typically the bend angle and clamp. Being NC and hydraulic, the machine is precise, reliable and effective for high-volume production and multiple bends.

Tube end forming machine
The tube end forming machine is a specialized, high-precision industrial belt-operated machine designed to shape and finish the ends of metal tubes. It modifies the tube's diameter, profile, or edge to meet specific, functional, or decorative requirements for assembly.

Band saw machine
The band saw is a power saw with a long, sharp blade consisting of a continuous band of toothed metal stretched between two or more wheels to cut iron, aluminium and steel. Water-based coolant is used to manage the extreme heat generated by high-speed friction between the blade and the metallic material.

Hydraulic metal shear
Our hydraulic shear is a machine tool used to cut sheet metal or plate materials with the power of hydraulics. The system uses hydraulic cylinders to apply high pressure to a blade that slices through metal cleanly and efficiently.

Boring mill machine
Our boring mill machine is vertical type of equipment used to enlarge holes in various kinds of metals using a single-point cutting tool. It is always used for shaping and milling holes for various purposes.

Welding station
We use both MIG and TIG welding machines in a modern welding station with special emission control. MIG uses a solid wire that is machine-fed to the weld area while TIG uses a non-consumable electrode and a hand-held filler rod to form the weld. These differences mean that MIG and TIG welding processes have their own advantages and disadvantages and preferred applications.

Sandblaster cabinet
Our sandblaster cabinet is a modified, enclosed chamber that contains any abrasive blasting gun operation. Ranging from low to high speeds, abrasive impacts a part's surface creating a physical change. It is used to smooth and remove deposits from metal before it is painted.

Powder coating cabinet & oven
Powder coating is a dry finishing process created by an electric charge that causes a dry powder to fuse to the surface of the metal. This is then baked in a curing oven to achieve a smooth coating. It is considered the best and most durable way to paint metal parts in all sectors, including the motorcycle industry.

3D scanning & printing station
3D scanning is essential when it comes to design a part from scratch. In essence, it is a digital copying technique which uses light to record an object's dimensions and detailing. This data can then be manipulated digitally and 3D printed to produce a physical copy of the object. Our 3D printers are used to create prototypes as well as useful accessories such as dashboard sunshades and mirror block-off plates.

Motorcycle lift and assembly station
Our facility has a specially designed structure where motorcycles are placed on a modern hydraulic safety lift for measurements and testing. At the same time, the facility has all the necessary tools that allow the precise and safe assembly and installation of all parts.
