2. Eligibility to Purchase. To purchase an item from our website, you must:

3. Making a Purchase.The items offered on this website are for sale at the price listed here. A purchase agreement between you and KARAVOLAS MARKELOS becomes effective only after you submit your order and it has been accepted by us. 4. Pricing. The prices listed on the website are in euros and include VAT (Value Added Tax). Please note that the prices on the website do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the final total when you complete your order. For more information, go to the “Shipping Information” section.  

5. Payment. We take great care to ensure that the payment methods on this website are secure. Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

6. Delivery and Insurance. We aim to deliver the products to the location and person you have selected, in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. Products are shipped via the Hellenic Post. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are calculated from the day the order was placed. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by customs authorities. We insure every order upon shipment until the products are delivered to the address you have provided. Upon delivery of the order, your signature is required, as responsibility for the products is transferred to you. If you have authorized another person to receive your order, their signature serves as proof of the transaction’s completion and the transfer of responsibility as mentioned above. Please check that the package is not damaged before signing.  

7. Taxes and Duties. Deliveries within the EU are not subject to customs duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a country outside the EU, you may be required to pay additional taxes at customs. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant customs authorities. We assume no responsibility for any additional charges or inspections that may occur.  

8. Shipping Information. The estimated delivery time is one (1) to three (3) business days from the time your order is placed. Estimated delivery times are approximate. Shipping within Greece is handled by Geniki Taxydromiki, and a shipping fee of six (6) euros applies. The delivery time begins once your order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period during which your products are prepared and shipped from our warehouse. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Please check that the shipping address you provided is correct, as we cannot redirect orders once they are already in transit.

9. Tracking an Order. You can track the progress of your order through General Post. The email you’ll receive confirming your order will provide you with the tracking number you need to locate your order. If you do not receive your order’s tracking code, please contact us by phone so we can provide it to you.  

10. Cancellation of an Order. You have the right to cancel your order by providing us with written notice (at any time after your order has been placed) within 14 business days from the day after you receive your order. We will only accept cancellations for which all items have been returned unused, along with their tags. We will not accept any item that is damaged or soiled.  

11. Returns. You may return the products you purchased within 14 days of the delivery date. In such cases, you will receive a refund equal to the value of the product you are returning. If the product is damaged or defective in any way, the company will cover the return shipping costs. If you decide to return a purchased product, you must place a new order for any subsequent purchase. We will not accept any damaged products. In this case, we may send it back to you and/or you may not be entitled to a refund.

13. Liability.  All products on this website are of the highest quality, as described. We assure you that we act in good faith when selling these products to you. In the event that we breach the terms and conditions through simple negligence, any primary or secondary obligation, the breach of which jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the contract or the fulfillment of which is necessary for the proper and due performance of the contract and which the customer could reasonably rely on, must be limited to foreseeable damages that are typical of the contract.  

14. Force Majeure. We assume no liability or obligation for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

15. Intellectual Property. All content on this website, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights, is the property of www.motosliders.gr. Neither the content nor any other intellectual property rights may be used, reproduced, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our written consent.  

16. No Waiver. If you violate these terms and conditions and we do not take action against you, we will still have the right to exercise our rights in any other instance where you violate these terms and conditions.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. All legal disputes arising from or in connection with a purchase made through the motosliders.gr website shall be governed exclusively by Greek law (EU law) and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
