The refund policy applies in the following cases:

• The product must be in its original packaging as it was when received by the customer.
• The product must be in its original condition (as it was at the time of delivery to the customer) and must not have suffered any damage or other defects.
• The customer must contact the store by phone at 6936795278 or via email at markeloskaravolas@yahoo.gr within 14 days of the delivery date of the products.
• The product must be accompanied by the relevant documentation the customer received upon delivery (receipt, invoice).
• Refunds will be processed within 15 days of our receipt of the product via deposit into the bank account specified by the customer.
• Moto Sliders assumes no liability for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment.

Refunds

• In the event of a return for a refund, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Refunds are available only for purchases made online (www.motosliders.gr).

Refunds (Procedure)

• Please contact us within 14 days by calling +306936795278 or by email at markeloskaravolas@yahoo.gr to notify us of your decision to return the product.
• Place the receipt in the box and pack the package.
• Email us your IBAN, the account holder’s name, and the bank.
• Send the package back to us via the same carrier that delivered it to you; we will cover the shipping costs.

Incorrect Shipment

If a customer receives a product different from the one they selected, they should notify us by phone or email. You will be given instructions for returning and replacing the item, at no cost to the customer.
